@Jonathan Oh Thanks so much! I would love to get your contacts for the agents you know in the midwestern states. I have considered looking for properties out that way.

@Jonathan Greene Hi thanks for offering up your expertise and time! Do you have connections for off market acquisitions in Charlotte NC area for cash buyers?

@Jim Pfeifer also does it take awhile before you get any distributions from investing in syndications?

@Jim Pfeifer that’s a great journey! Hope to be in the same position one day.

@Seth Young I have been looking into Charlotte NC area.

@Jim Pfeifer Thank you so much for all that info! Did you end up quitting your job as a teacher once you became an investor?

@Paul Riley I notice you do note investing. I looked into this awhile back myself. It seemed more involved? What company do you use for this?

@Nicholas L.

I have had a turnkey property before that I had to sell a couple years ago so I know what it’s like to be a landlord. Just haven’t done the rehab portion of re investing which I know is a whole other animal.

@Joe Miller

Hi,

Thank you for the response. The money is mine to do whatever I would like. Ultimately I am looking to make the money stretch farther and help kickstart my real estate investing journey so I could quit my job.

When you say multi family are you talking about under 4 units or over? So you are suggesting getting a conventional loan and using the $100k as a down payment? If you are suggesting conventional loan then I am assuming there are good deals on the MLS in the Midwest?

@Seth Young $200-$300 after all expenses.
