RBG is involved in advocacy of Affordable Housing in California, getting Moveable Tiny(s) into the ADU space and Innovative Solutions. They have also been active in rebranding mobile home parks to Tiny Villages.

Communication is at the heart of Everything in Business and in Life! What we say, how we are heard and how we listen are vital elements in every relationship, be it with our children, partners (business and personal) and our bosses/employees.

Do your kids listen or are you left feeling unheard and invisible?
Have you asked your partner/spouse a repeated request and seem ignored?
You KNOW you're doing a great job at work and your boss doesn't seem to appreciate you?

In 1970, a study of communication at the University of Pennsylvania, researchers determined that
7% of what we communicate is the result of the words we say, or the content.
38% of our communication is a result of our verbal behavior, which includes our tone, timbre ,
tempo and volume.
55% is a result of our nonverbal communication: our body posture, breathing,
and movement.

The human brain can process 11 million bits of information every second. These come through
our 5 senses.
AND our conscious minds can handle only 40 to 50 bits of information a second.
(Studies vary - somewhere between 40-134 bits a second).
So what makes "the cut"?

Karla Lloyd is a Certified Master NLP Practitioner. She will share fascinating information and studies
on NLP and communication.
