Emily What company did you end up going with?

Hello,

How would you all handle repairs to foundation and remediation of moisture issues in crawlspace when shared with an adjoining quadplex?

Haven’t reached out to the other owner yet but thinking ahead. But if they don’t want to split costs what are other options?

Hey Azeez, I'm looking for SFH and MF lenders in GA. Would you share your recommendations with me?

So it's a multiple offer situation and I think a draw back of FHA is that I "look" less qualified bc if it's lower credit and down payments requirements. But all this is good information.

Thanks! We are going to put in the offer with FHA financing and hopefully it's competitive enough! It's just so much less cash needed upfront and still meets our cash flow goals.

Hello,

We want to purchase a duplex but a lot of the options require at least 15% if we want to house hack or 20-25% if we buy as a straight investment property. To get around the capital needed for the down payment, we are considering an FHA loan. But the lender is saying our credit is so high it would be a more expensive option? But what other low down payment options are there?
