I have been licensed as a general contractor in Oregon since moving here four years ago and have been recently licensed as a real estate broker. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors.

My investing experience includes wholesaling, rehabbing and holding rental properties. I have joined this forum to share and learn.

I have also started a REI Meet-up group to serve the Mid-Willamette Valley. We meet the third Thursday of each month at Lum's Garden Restaurant in Albany from 6-8PM. We believe the Linn County area is a prime location for investing. All are welcome, regardless of experience level!
