I have a house to sell "as is" it need some work ! I want to sell by owner , but I don't know what steps to take , you know the paper work , where do I start. I have a buyer already . I don't want to pay a realtor, because I hear they charge a lot and as it is I am not making too much money on it . I was my mom's house . Also , I am interested in investing on real estate. That is why I want to sell this one
