Thanks for the reply, I didn't buy the course so I don't know all the in's and outs, but I'm just not sure how he gets people to give title to their property up ffor $50 or $100 dollars which is what his sales pitch says when I listened to his broadcast on this system....

Hi,  I have a question, Bosch claims that your credit will not be hurt by owning these properties that go to tax sale.  Won't it show up as a foreclosure in your name though?

Hi everyone, I am also looking to get a business street address, I was going to go to UPS but it is kind of expensive here, I thought about the virtual mailboxes but there are fees associated with forwarding that probably make it just as expensive, I am researching options right now, anybody know of a good low budget virtual mailbox company?
