Ill be walking in late since I'm getting off work late but I'll be there.

Thanks @Aaron Montague appreciate it makes most sense to me. I was thinking about hard money Jeremy but I haven't started to network for possibilities and I'd rather make a mistake and lose my own money vs someone I just met what would be the consequence if the flip didn't make money besides me losing all creditability.

I am new to BP and I am interested in starting off flipping houses. I am still a while seats from feeling secure enough to jump in so here's a question I have. Which loan would you recommend or do you use for a first flip. I would be a first time home buyer assume a 5% down payment availability and that would be all the capital I have for now. Should I go arm 30year 15year interest only 203k construction loan?

Yeah I had stated to read a book a while back and I got lost in the verbiage and quit reading it. I enjoy the podcasts a lot and have been catching up on all the old ones. It's good to hear true stories of success, failure, and progress of those before me.

Hello members my name is Hugo Solorio I am a native to Las Vegas. I started my interest in real estate like some people with the flipping shows and different HGTV programs and have always had an interest since then. Don't remember how I found bigger pockets but I am glad I did seems like a great site and a true community of helping one another. I'm thinking I want to start with flipping and eventually get into rentals. My parents have a 4plex but they got in right before the crash so it's a break even now so I'm learning a lot before I dive in and make small mistakes not big ones. I do work full time don't plan to quit I work construction so I think I might have a leg up with reno. Hoping to do it for when work is slow and pick up from there. Well that's it for now how to learn a lot from bp and begin a new chapter in life.
