I'm one of the students and member of the SubTo community with Pace Morby.  I started 28 months ago, and my life has changed since then  I ended up learning and doing what I love the most, fixing and flipping houses.  I did 8 flips last year while still learning and 2 wholesales.  Also, I created, a LatiNOS community within SubTo, where we learn and reinforce our knowledge in our native language, Spanish.  The amount of education we receive in Pace's program has no limits and the membership it's for life. No monthly fees.  The only thing you have to do it's take massive action and be a GO GIVER, like our mentor Pace is.
