In the last couple of years, there has been a resurgence of the Bed Bug population within the continental United States. I found one in a High End suite at a 5 star hotel, which is to say they can be anywhere. It is best to use a professional to heat treat in combination with residual chemicals, because BedBugs can adapt to avoid areas that have been sprayed with poison, and even become resistant to certain sprays.

If you are really under a budget try BedBugSupply.com we have used them before in the past, and they have a four-step patented system which works, but it will require multiple applications. One last precaution, if you are going to treat yourself first be sure you are dealing with BedBugs, and not BatBugs; they are related, and appear to be the same to the untrained eye. If you have bats in or around your property they could be your problem.

Good Luck!

Hey David,

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have heard a lot about BP, just never ventured this way until now. I plan on trolling through the Education links. Right now I am managing mostly Multi-family, but I am just under 50 doors. So how about you? Whats your story?

Hello all my name is Lucy, and I am a property manager. I own and operate my own real estate porfolio, so I have sort of drunk my own Kool Aid =)  I enjoy real estate so much I am now considering expanding into other areas of investment, such as flips, and wholesaling. However, my main focus is my Property Management Business, here in Indianapolis. I have a team but I am always looking to expand to include other professionals, contractors especially. If your out there looking to connect in the INDY area please reach out! Peace, Love , and Happiness!
