@Ben Davis Hey there. I didnt realize this post was from 10 months ago either. I, too, am now wondering when/if anything ever happened with this. I'm thinking since multiple people have asked for a status in recent months that it is not a thing....yet. I have seen a few posts from other military members bringing up specific issues they were facing and getting the information from more experienced (sometimes also military) members who know of or have gone through that situation. We are deep in here. Perhaps we could have a keyword we could use for our posts to key or alert our brethren and sisteren to our posts.

Again, not trying to separate anyone. Any thoughts?

@Wendy G. Hey I just bought the program a few days ago. I finished the modules and am on my way. The information is presented as an easy and strait forward manner. I haven't made any money yet but I feel like I am close. I will update WHEN I collect my first check!

@Brent Coombs

Brent, I feel like you just opened my eyes to something I overlooked. Being new, I am in the mindset of "how can I benefit them and get them to allow me to work with them." You got me to thinking it should be a mutually beneficial relationship. It makes so much sense now. I just always felt like since I'm the rookie that I need to "pay homage" to the veterans. I'm not saying to go in and be a cocky know it all. Thanks for the mindset change!

@Richard Cook

Hello Richard. I wouldn't mind seeing a sub forum for military. There are many more military folks than I thought would be on here. It's not to section ourselves out but more facing things unique to us or relatable to us. I support this along with making other sub forums for more specific categories.

@denzel stovall

Welcome. BP is chalk full of info, take it all in. I am getting over "analysis paralysis" and will be attending my first REI meeting next week. I'm excited and nervous at the same time!

Hi all, newbie from FWB, FL area. My question is are there any good title companies/real estate brokers/attorneys in the area that you would recommend that are "investor friendly?" I am starting out with wholesaling and am wondering if there is anyone I should look up. I will be attending my first REI meeting soon and will also ask around there. Thanks for your time!

@JPaul Mills

I was looking at your profile and do not see where your email is located. Am I missing something or do we have to be colleagues?

@Arianne L.

I was also looking at how to direct mail you because I had a few questions for you pertaining to what you are looking for. I wanted to show you an example to see if you were interested in those types. Do we also have to be colleagues?

Sorry, still new at this.

Hey @Rob Grove

I can relate to you on a few things, especially the Facebook one. I got rid of mine a few years back and feel that has allowed me to focus on other areas of my life. I will say I have a better nuclear family life. I too am new to BP and am in the "education" stage. Good luck to you.

I started a blog on here to not only chronicle my journey  to remind me of how far I go but also to keep me accountable to anyone who reads it. My wife said she will read it and call me out when I'm slacking.

 I agree with Brittaney. I listen to Sean Terry's podcasts and they are informative. There are many ideas I plan to use once I get some deals going. I haven't heard of Cody Sperber, I will be looking into him now though!
