Hi Charlie!  We're in contract, and the properties are easily at 50% equity walking away from the closing table.  These are both turnkey properties, there are no repairs required. One is occupied with a happy long-term tenant and the other is tenant-ready. Thanks!

These 8 properties are just north of downtown and have been vacant for some time. 36th, 34th, 40th - in that area. If the ARV's pan out on these and we are able to proceed with renovations, we may be able to bring the team to turn around that whole neighborhood over time.

We are seeking a Broker seasoned in distressed residential investment properties to verify the ARVs of 8 houses we are picking up for renovation jobs. Our financial associate is prepared to hire for this BOP immediately. 

We have made several calls over the past week and have received a phenomenal lack of response.  Is this an area of service most Brokers don't want to be bothered with? Really curious about that!
