Hi All,

I am looking for a brokers who are currently selling and/or deal with multi-family 2-4 unit homes in the Northern and Central NJ area. Range from 150-250K with mostly cosmetic work but open to seeing all properties. Pre-approved and ready to buy.

My name is Luke from Northern New Jersey looking to purchase my first multi family buy and hold in northern and/or central NJ. I'm new to real estate investing and have spent the last couple months and currently still reading books, forums, attending seminars, and networking with local agents in the area. I am currently working for a financial firm in NYC and looking to heavily get into real estate but in a smart fashion with intelligent investments, no rush here!
