@Jayme Currie and @Kenny Dahill - Thank you both for responding, much appreciated!
I had a great chat with the folks at Acorn + Oak and I'm moving forward with them to manage my properties in the Triad. So far, exactly what I need at a fair price point, so thank you again for your help.

Hello,
I have 2 SFH in the High Point area that I need help with. Mostly to find/verify tenants and then to help manage the properties for any repairs that may arise. Please let me know of any recommendations.
Thanks,
Luke

Hello,
I purchased a house in Summerlin, Peccole Ranch area to be exact, and I've had a good bit of work done already. Updated all 3 bathrooms, new paint, new flooring, front and back yard turf, etc. My issue is that I purchased the house only 4-months ago so when I've inquired about a HELOC, the larger banks are quick to assume the house is not over 20% equity yet. However, given the other homes that have sold in the past 2 months in my same community, I should be around 20-25% equity given a new appraisal.

Any suggestions on banks/lenders/etc for my HELOC? I'm looking to use the HELOC money for down payment on several investment properties out of state.

Thank you.
