Hi, I'm looking at buying my first house. It seems in great conditioner at a fair price, besides the fact that the owners smoked inside for around 15 years. I'm happy to clean and paint, hire a contractor to refinish the hard wood floors and clean the ducts.

Does anyone have advice if this might be a good investment? Ideally I'd like to have the smoke smell completely removed before moving in.

Thank you!
