No,

Establish a buy box or your crystal clear criteria, study it every day, learn what average is, and only do great deals.  It takes some time to see what average is, but once you know, you’ll understand what a great deal is when it comes about.

Hi! I just closed on second multiunit. Do you have any recommendations on free or best platforms to use when collecting online rent payments? I typically use zelle, but my new bank does not support. Thank you in advance!  

Currently looking at Rentredi, AVail, Buildium, and Tenant Cloud.

I am looking to establish a relationship with a local credit union and/or bank preferably in the city north area (northside up to Cranberry Township) and would appreciate any referrals or recommendations.
