Hey Seth Williams, Awesome to find someone so close to where I am at. I was wondering if you are a member of any real estate clubs?

I feel as if the answer to the question would be different from a beginner's standpoint to an advanced invester. I myself am a beginner and I still have yet to purchase any investments yet, but I wouldn't think 150$ in positive cash flow a month is a bad purchase. But to the advanced invester 150$ could very well be to low. So what I am asking is, would this be a bad purchase for the first property of an Invester?

Since I joined BP a couple days ago, I have been listening to all the podcasts that are available on here. I have alot of at work (since I sit at a computer all day) to plug in the headphones and listen to anything online. What else is there available besides the BP podcast that I can listen to while at work? Anything would be nice to listen to, but it would be helpful if the topics were multi-family units, landlording, or financing for investing. Thanks in advance for the advice!

Hello everyone, my name is Luke Stafford I live in Zeeland, Michigan which is a little bit southwest of Grand Rapids. I 21 yrs old and bought my house last fall. that is my one and only expierence with real estate. I am really interested in duplexes, triplexes, and quad units. I like the idea of hybrid investing that Brandon Turner talks about. So basically I am really new to the real estate game and love to learn more get lots of advice.
