I am aiming to work for someone within the industry as a sort of intern but know I need to provide some type of aid to them for them to even think about helping me. What are some ways i can provide service to them? I say this because I am 17 and have no in person experience in actual real estate.

No one is looking for free work, we are looking for people who can add value to the team. Bring something to the table and tell us why your experience will benefit our business.

Is there any recommendations for me in terms of things I can provide?

@Luke Okane awesome seeing you in here.  We do hire interns each summer to work with our company in Roselle.  Message me if you want to discuss further.

Yea I would definitely be interested. Could you expand upon this?

Hey @Luke Okane ๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿผ
I concur with @Jonathan Klemm and say screw school if youโ€™re already getting into real estate now. MeetKevon & Stephen Graham on YouTube started early on, never went to college and now super successful. ๐Ÿฅณ

I would reach out to property management companies or individual realtor and see if you can offer help.๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

where you live near?

I live in Schaumburg but I would drive anywhere really to learn.

Hello, my name is Luke Okane and I am a 17 year old high school student in Schaumburg . My goal is to obtain 20 doors by the age of 25 so I was wondering if there is anybody who is willing to let me work for the for free. I am eager to learn the game of real estate, all aspects from loan officer to property managers to investors. I want to submerge myself deeply into it at a young age so any type of work, internship, anything at all really would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hello, I am a 16 year old high school student who am really interested in investing in properties when I am older. I have also thought of taking an aquistions role when i get out of college to obtain the capital to buy these properties. Is there anybody within the Illinois area offering any type of mentorship, classes, or interships? Any type of help would be greatly appreciated.
