@Tom S. Hi tom and thank you. I’ll cover all of the rehab costs as well as much as I can to make this deal happen. I’ve got all of the tools and knowledge and ambition. I just need a yes man on the larger money portion of it. I’ve got 15 years of experience in the residential construction. And my brother is an electrician and I’ve got plumber friends who are willing to help me out. It’s all good around here as long as it passes code. I’m new at this game. Just trying to better my situation. I appreciate your insight and anybody else’s that can kick shove push or steer me in the right direction.

@Jacob G. Thank you Jacob I will definitely look into them. I appreciate your help!

@Dan Gamache

Hi Dan I’m not 100 percent sure on either but my best guess would be repairs at at 20-30k and arv around 250k. Thank you

Hello! Trying to find a private money lender to purchase my first rental property. 168k is asking price. I plan on doing all of the work myself. Any help is much appreciated!

I just refinanced my first house and ended up with about 60k in equity. I’m looking to purchase a second single family home and I’m not quite sure what my next step is. Can I borrow against the equity in my house? I also have a 401k that I can borrow from. Any advice is much appreciated
