George Despotopoulos thank you very much. Been talking to 3 lenders and each one has quotes me slightly different rates and payments. I am curious how they arrived at the figures when I provided each the same financial information. This has been a great learning experience and your info was very helpful.

I have made an offer on condo and have been pre-approved by a lender. But I want to make sure I am getting the best interest rate so I reached out to 2 other lenders. Can someone level with me and tell me how much wiggle room lenders have for negotiation? For example if they quote me 4.375% interest, can I ask for 3.99% or is that just out of the question? What can I do to get the best rate and lowest monthly payment. Lenders, help me out here with some inside tips.

Dan Mackin I am on a standby ticket. IF I make it on the flight, I will land tonight(friday) and be there Saturday and Sunday only.
Hello everyone, I am headed to Denver CO this weekend, and wanted to look at as many properties as possible and meet som fellow BP investors. If you live there, I would love to meet up. I want to see what you are investing in and get a personal tour of the area. If you know the Denver market, and do not live there, I would appreciate any advice on where to and where not to look for properties.

Scott Ceniza-Levine thank you for the advice. I would love To hear about how you navigated those out of state deals to where you were comfortable enough to follow through. Was it the property or person you were working with that made the deal for you?

Clayton Mobley thank you very much. I think you are right in the fact that I need to focus my search to a certain market. I like your suggestion of visiting that area a couple times also. Makes perfect sense.

Anton Ivanov thank you for the 3 tips. Trying to figure out the safest way to buy out of state. Hoping to meet some reputable professionals in this BG community that I can work with and trust. Just joined this week and looking to buy some properties in the next 6 months.
