Hey everyone, rookie investor here! My partner and I are looking to get our first out of state property in Oklahoma City. Would love to get anyone's insight on this market and their experience investing in short term rentals in this market. Also would greatly appreciate recommendations for agents, lenders, and property managers in the OKC area as well.

Thank you in advance!

Hi all! My partner and I are looking to get our next rental (currently have one in a more local market that has a property manager).  After some research I'm we've narrowed it down to the OKC and Birmingham markets. Since this will be our first long distance investment it feels like we're starting brand new and would love advice for first time long distance investors. Also would love your opinions on those two markets (pros and cons etc). Thank you in advance! :)

Hi all! I've been wanting to get into real estate for a while, specifically multifamily rentals. I've been trying to do some research but keep feeling like I don't know what the next step is. I already have a partner who is ready to go in on our first property together so the money aspect isn't what is holding me back, it's more of picking the right market/property. Any advice on how to find the right market for you and then what next step to take? Any advice is helpful! Thanks!
