Hey Friends! Just a quick question. Does anyone have any idea just on average how much land you would need for an 8plex townhome unit. I know that is very vague... Lets just say they are all 1200-1300 sq ft. I know that different cities/ towns have different zoning laws I am just trying to get an estimate on the size the lot would need to be. Thanks in advance for your help!

Does anyone have any solid recommendations for attorneys that can piece together a self directed IRA deal? My company has investors that I am looking tp place 2-3 people on one deal where they are putting up the capital and at the end of the project they will be splitting the profits. For some reason every attorney I seem to call has no clue what Self-Directed Ira even is.... I am in the Raleigh/Durham area, and I would like to have someone in person if possible, but I am open to any attorneys just so I can begin moving this deal along. Thanks in advance for any insight!

Hey friends! So I was just recently laid off from my job because of Covid-19. During this time I have decided to go into real estate investing full time. I have a few investors currently but my main problem is now since I will be transitioning into self employment how does that work with banks? Most people I have talked with as well as real estate agents tell me that I need at least 1 to 1 1/2 years of pay stubs. Is this true? If so, what's the best way to make the transition from a job into self employment for real estate investing. Thanks everyone!

Post: Financing Options on a Investment Property

I am looking to buy a lot and then build a home as a business investment. This would be my first property, but I plan within 3 years to do 12-16 a year. The goal is to build a home in 3 months then sell it. Currently, I am running into financing issues. Besides Hard Lending, is there any other financing opportunities? I have been in about 6 banks and they all look puzzled as to what I am trying to do. One lender mentioned a "fix and flip" loan. Would that possibly work, or since its being built from the ground up would that disqualify what I am trying to accomplish? Any information or advice to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
