Thanks to all for the advice. I’ll start the calls today. Carl, Oshkosh is close. Property is moving quickly here and has changed dramatically in just a year. That said, the fly in traffic won’t rent run down places. I’d be happy to look at the property for you to give my opinion on next steps.

I’ve read most of the posts about self directed IRAs and just need a custodian or broker to work with. The broker managing my traditional IRA has no experience with them. Any guidance to choosing someone to help me invest my IRA in real estate?
