Hello,

I am just starting out in the real estate business and looking to eventually leave the current job that I am working at right now. I am looking to either flip/wholesale real estate.  I am a very motivated individual and looking to start this process as soon as possible.  

If there is anyone out there that would have the time to show me the ropes of the business I would really appreciate it.  Also, if anyone has any advice as to how to get started, that would also be highly appreciated.

Hello,

I am currently looking to start my own Real Estate Business but I am not too sure as to what my first couple of steps should be.  

Is this something that I can do without putting my own labor into it when I flip houses? Or is the recommendation to get a contractor?

Also, I currently have a job but I am thinking about quitting to begin this Real Estate adventrue. Is this something you would recommend?

I would really appreciate any type of insight that any of you may have.
