So i know the 1 or 2% rule and here in my country Croatia for like 100 000 invested you get 500$ passive income a month that is like only 0.5% you cna mby get to like 0.7% if the deal is rly good but harder more than that. Is that common this times or is it just not profitable to invest in RE here pls someone answer what would you do.

So i live in Croatia and here are the numbers i beg you someone help me. So for Real estate that costs 44 500$ my monthly income would be 290$ and by reading books and listening to other people sotries that numbers look just to low according to the price spent on Real estate what do you guys think about 44500 usd investment for 290$ passive income (290 $ before paid taxes and other stuff) to me they sounds awfull

Did anyone ever bought garages or parking spots and rented them out ? If answer is yes pls tell more about that

So to be short i live in Croatia and we mostly live from tourism becouse country is rly beautifull so we have lots of tourists each yeah so what do you guys think should i focus investing in rental properties in my city (Zagreb capital of Croatia not near sea and not alot of tourists) or should i buy realestates on seaside and rent them like motels thru agency. I dont know if that would be profitable and how much agency takes i wouldnt be able to go there and do things there becouse distance is rly far would be this might be more worth to focus on rental properties ?

Okay so i saw 1 pretty good deal its garage outside one building there are like 10 garages and this is in center of capital city where parking spots are rly hard to find or they are expensive so this could be rented for a nice amount of money and also it might get solid positive cashflow, plus they seem cheap to maintain becouse there arent many things that can break so what do you guys think about this does anyone have any expirience with renting garage or even parking spot also how good it is is it profitable?

@Ryan Saulle

Thats niceee good job

@Matt Hazlett

You are investing good any type of investment is great but in my opinion brrrr is method with bit of higher risk and work but aswell bigger profit its nice method but if you dont want to take that bit higher risk dont do brrrr, in my opinion most importatnt thing is to just find good deal and mby its brrrr on the end of the day or duplex or cond does not matter if the deal was good.
