Hey, i want to get started with real estate but i am not sure where to really start. I’ve been studying and trying to learn more for the past year but i feel like i am now ready to take a step forward. Here are some of details about myself :

22 Year old Male

Prince george’s county, Maryland Resident

Credit score : 767

Savings : $1400

Debt : 9K Monthly payment : $300

income before taxes : 35k-40k

Monthly expenses : $400-$600

Debt to income ratio : 19%

What should i do next? Any more details i need to share?
