@Nate Sanow

Hello Nate, thanks for responding.

These are the only two properties he manages.

The PM and I have been in contact for over two years and I pulled the trigger to work with him.

-he actually helped me buy this two properties and received a commission.

-he was receiving payment from the tenant until the tenant “stopped paying”

- so far I have not received an attorney Invoice or seen any paperwork that the eviction was real

My PM has stopped replying my texts and answering my calls.

He was coordinating a rehab and he was also finishing up an eviction.

His last message was that he admitted he was slacking off and wanted to talk to make things right.

Three weeks later and *crickets*

Not sure what to do. I have a PM contract until January 2023.

Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Hello All,

I'm from California and currently own a property in Indianapolis. I was wondering if any out of state investor have purchase properties through seller finance. How was your experience? Can you walk me through a deal?

Hello All,

For all my out of state investors, do you have a CPA at the state you reside or invest?

TIA

Hello!

I’m from Souther California and I would like to invest out of state. I have done some research and look up “growing cities in 2020” “best out of state investor cities” etc etc.

I would like to hear where do you invest and what? And how do you like it?

This would be my first dial and I’m getting analysis paralysis because I don’t know where to start. I want cash flow, so I wouldn’t be flipping houses.

Thank You!
