Hey, What is your monthly payment to your loan and i think your income vs your exp. is cutting it close at the end of month there really isn't cash flow in this property, please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks :)

If you have any interest in Cape Cod, please let me be your guide. Entry level is higher than other parts of the state but so are returns. You may be able to write off Cape visits, check with your accountant. Many buy a cape multifamily and keep a unit for themselves.
