Hi everyone, I'm looking into buying and holding a 2 or 4 unit multifamily property in Cleveland Ohio but I live in San Diego California. So I was looking on line to find a good property management company that I can depend on but can't find any with good reviews. Me and my wife want to start buying property's out there with in the next year in a half. The advice that I was given, was to find a good property manager, contractor, plumber, real estate agent and a CPA before I start investing that way I have a team to help me when things go wrong. Any tips or advice would be appreciated thanks!

That's an awesome flip, I really want to start investing in Ohio, But I live out in San Diego. I want to start building a team that could help me out there in the next year. Your flip looks amazing, could I ask how much the renovation coast you on that flip?
