@James Davis since it would be my first time figuring this process out, I'm not comfortable borrowing peoples money. I do see myself raising private capital but once I already made the mistakes with my money, or learning enough from someone to be comfortable doing it.  

Right now, Since I have low capital I'm looking into mobile homes, that are ready to rent but can still be updated to create equity. I'm looking into university lakes park since its close to where I live.
