Hi team!

I am getting ready to start my flipping journey in the Atlanta Georgia area.

My partner and I are looking for contractors who can do a rehab from start to finish (or at least 80% of it). 

Any leads? I would also like to connect with any contacts in the area as well. (realtors, wholesalers, etc.)

Looking to make long lasting relationships.

 Locals who know more or less the costs for properties and repairs and can tell me the neighborhoods to stay away from. Wouldn't mind doing a deal with someone or paying for the these services.
