Post: Banks that offer HELOC as a purchase

@Amanda G. Thanks for your response. What I am referring to is buying a home with a HELOC. Look up “ Replace your Mortgage” on YouTube. It is strategy used to pay your home off in 5-7 years. Unlike the traditional way of buying a home ( 30 year mortgage) you can purchase it using a HELOC. Sounds crazy but there are banks out there offering this. The problem is finding out the ones that do. It is called a first lien HELOC as a purchase. Trust me I know it sounds like it can’t be done but it does exist.

Does anyone have a list of banks that offer a HELOC as a first lien mortgage for purchase? This strategy is all over the Internet and allows you to pay your home off in 5-7 years if done correctly. I called around but have not found any bank that offers a HELOC for a purchase. Anyone know of any?

I was sent an invitation to the IRS to review my 2015 and 16 federal taxes. I read that you are allowed to record the examination as long as you provide a 10 notice in writing. As o did such, the examiner called me and denied my request. Has anyone had the same experience?

Ok so I try applying for vendor credit with ULINE and Office Depot and hit a wall. ULINE told me that I need to place at least 6 orders with them before they would consider opening a Net30 account and even then, no guarantee they would open the account. Office Depot wouldn't even consider opening an account because I don't have a commercial business address for them to deliver packages to. FYI My business consists of rental properties. Not sure how to proceed here. Please help.

Does anyone out there know which business credit card companies report solely to business credit? I just learned that some business credit cards report to both personal and personal credit while others just report to your business credit.

I am trying to find a way on getting a line of credit using my five family property. Traditional HELOC loans are out of the question because they are only for 1-4 family properties. Is there anything in the market that can be used in a five family?
