I can see why this market is not cash flow variant, but if we were able to make an STR situation happen , just as Sean H. said with ADUs, these could be considered such, even so, micro apartments on lots of land. It still seems like a long investment where the return is only based on future markets. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks for your thoughts!.

Tiny houses seems like a future investment opportunity that will keep on growing for years to come.

But in comparison to real estate the market seems much harder to pitch. What are some lessons learned in comparison to real estate ? Or Is there a difference in the market at all. I see this as an opportunity to invest in rentals, but even development looks like a great idea. Thoughts?.

Hey everyone,

I'm new to bigger pockets and anything related to real estate. I'm looking to find like minded and strongly driven people here whom I can help and learn from.

My question to everyone, what are the actions that define good relationships ,and what actions do people take when maintaining these?.

Thanks for your thoughts on this matter.

I am currently trying to understand numbers when it comes to creating deals.

What are some of your individual treshholds when it comes to analysing the real estate property, and when and how are you motivated to execute on the investment?. What are the numbers you are looking for to feel like it is a good investment?.

Thank you in advance for any and all opinions on this matter.
