@Hyeongyu Jo I had the same issue with the vibration and since the back of my shower was toward a closet the plumbers open the drywall from the closet to fix the vibration from the water lines. Hope this helps.

Hello BP mentors, is there anyone who can guide me on Subject-to sale?

Background: we acquired a property Dec 2021 using the subject-to strategy. We created a contract for deed when we first acquired the property but now we are trying to sell since the person who owns it wants it out of their name. I think we missed steps while using this transaction because the title company said they can’t do anything because we never transferred the deed into our name. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hector, I'm going to a REI tomorrow and will ask the question. I just know of SFH PM who I'm currently interviewing to see if she is a good fit.

Not sure what you mean about "ship"? Can you clarify.

Hi Joe S. I strongly recommend Adam at Conerstone Roofing.  His number is 940-447-5944. Hope this helps.

Hi BP team,

I have been working a deal and I have convinced the seller to accept creative finance.  Seller is willing to keep the loan under their name for two years with a small down payment.  My dilemma is that I'm not sure if I should use a lease option, wrap or subject-to.   Likewise, I don't know how to execute the administrative paperwork.  Anyone versed with this unorthodox style of purchase?  Any advice/coaching will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your time.

Luis

That is awesome Nick. My wife and I have been looking into REI but we had a very conservative look with the financing part i.e traditional ways (bank financing) to acquire properties but my research and your story gets me more excited to use creative financing options!

Has anyone used Hubzu auction website to buy a RE property?

Thank you Roger.

Hi, I am new to all this, but willing to learn. I have been wanting to set up a meet up in WF area. I would love to learn from anyone willing to share information. Anyone interested or is there something currently on going? Thank you.
