Hello BP Community!

I'm searching for a Real Estate Attorney in the Miami area that is comfortable with doing owner financing, wrap-arounds, and subject-to closings.  Can anyone make any good recommendations?

Thanks,

Luis

Hi @Reniel Valdes, welcome to BP. I’m new as well from the Miami area. What part of South Florida are you from? There is a monthly meet up held in South Miami.  @Gabe Amedee hosts the meetup and you can find info on the meetups here: https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/events

Best Regards,

Luis Cruz

@Justin Windham

Thanks for the welcome and for pointing out all the resources.

Thanks Katie.  Just went to the http://www.turbotenant.com website.  Pretty neat service you guys got there for Landlords.

Thanks guys.  Yeah, I plan to take the emotions out of it, run the numbers, and stick to my goals.  The way I see it, it doesn't matter how many offers are rejected, it only matters that eventually some will be accepted.

Luis

Hi everyone,

Luis Cruz here from Miami, FL. I'm new to BiggerPockets and I'm looking forward to networking and having conversations with you all. Although I'm a landlord with 2 units, I never really thought about investing in Real Estate until my wife tipped me to read Rich Dad Poor Dad. Now I'm really excited about investing in Real Estate and am exploring strategies to get started (thinking BRRRR). The market in Miami, FL is very hot and although there are signs of cooling on the horizon. It's seems like a tough nut to crack due to the high prices, high property taxes, and high homeowner's insurance. I know that there are deals in every market and that you make your money when you buy. I'm looking forward to learning more, and particularly learning how to find deals in my area.

Best Regards,

Luis Cruz
