@Nicholas L. @Ben Scott thanks for your input! I should be interviewing a few PM companies after the inspection, and as the closing date approaches. Better to go in with rough averages and knowing and can plug these numbers without it being a showstopper for me.

Hi all,

First time buyer RE investor here. I've just got an offer accepted on a duplex in Fort Wayne, IN; and trying to find recommendations for Property Management companies and the fees they normally charge. Any input would be much appreciated!

Thanks,

Luis

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to begin my real estate investment journey after having found BP a few months ago. I'm currently living in NYC and I'm interested in purchasing a single family house (to start with) in Tampa FL. Ideally this would be a buy and hold fixer upper, so that I could implement the BRRRR strategy. I suppose this post is me taking a leap to be held accountable and to start networking and building my team in the area, as at the moment I only know a GC family of mine who lives nearby.

Any tips and advice will be greatly appreciated!

Luis B.
