I'm new to doing owner financing deals. I'm having a hard time figuring out what contracts to use when buying with a wrap around mortgage. Besides the purchase and sale agreement what other contracts would I need? 

Need some help getting the documents for a subject to deal. Any help please? Local mentors?

I have a good understanding on subject to i haven't done one yet but I'm really interested in learning and doing them. Does someone know where i can get the documents to do it.

@Mark Pedroza but to process takes a while right? I shouldn't send it to the title company until the judge has granted the right to sell?
