How can I find a list of code violation, I was searching up public records but it only allows me to look up by person name. I'm trying to get to a list of code violations such as unkept property, water shutoff, tall grass and things of such. I am In Massachussets, How can I go about accessing one?

So what I am understanding is that the moment you market a property is the moment you are breaking the law because you are pretending to be a real estate broker. But in what sense is that breaking the law? What if i am simply selling it under my name/my business name and everyone gets their money? The scope of the deal is to come up with a fair price for both the seller and the buyer and possibly wiggle in an assignment fee for me. I am not taking advantage of anyone, and if anything, I am helping deals get done faster!

I was just reading a response of someone else in another forum and they said that Wholesaling is illegal in some states because you are practicing real estate brokering without a license? So you need a license for it? and why did I not know this???

Hello, I was looking for anyone from Worcester or that knows anybody from there who is either wholesaling/ an agent/ or has connections to it.
I'd love to connect!
