Hi all, 

Looking to meet up & chat real estate with anybody around the Beacon NY area. I recently bought a duplex and live in part of it while renting out the other. Also put 10% of purchase costs into the renovation of both units so I have an ounce of experience there as well. I also Airbnb my unit when out of town.
