Thanks for the input, I already started my classes with Arti, and it is a good way to review what I learned for my exam in Texas.

Hello

I am interested in getting my real estate license in Utah and I found in the website, the schools that are accepted to take the 120 hours education.  Arti Academics is a free online school and it makes me doubt if it is legit. Has somebody use Arti Academics before?  I  already took a real estate education program for a license in TX and I passed the Exam, but I am not living there anymore, so I guess I have to take the classes again to be able to take the exam in Utah. Any advise or information about my situation will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Lucy

Hi Scott

Thank you for your response. I am not in Utah anymore, but I hope I can come back soon because I like it very much, specially Saint George. I didn't think I could wholesale there because I didn't see a lot of houses in disrepair, most of them are in good shape.

Yes, the price is more than the loan, but the owners are asking market price. The house is in very good shape so they are going to list it. Thanks, for  your reply.

Hi Everybody

I am new to wholesaling and a friend was telling me about a person who has a house for sale but it has a reverse mortgage. How do you work with that? What are the options?  I would appreciate any advise.

Thanks,

Lucy

I have been researching and I understand that wholesaling is not allowed here, is that right?
