I like Cozy. I prefer the user interface.

Keep the deposit. They didn't even bother to notify you. That is of course, unless they have record of an attempt to contact you with the information, in which case they could raise a dispute and successfully stick it to you. Others have responded with better authority than I.

You're not a private investigator are you? If not, it will be very hard to prove how the fire got started. You can try opening up a dispute?

Andrew's response is literally perfect!

All depends on how quickly countries around the world get control of the outbreak. If the US opens up too soon, it could be truly disastrous. Beyond correction territory.

Very frustrating. sounds like the kind of client I could do without. The landlord puts himself and his unit at risk. Take photos, verify, show him. If he doesn't make the repairs. then advise the tenant on what steps she can take.

Not a one. Keeping things on the DL as I am in an outbreak zone.

Very well said!

Stock market is not great. who knows how it will behave with this new 2 trillion dollar incentive plan. The country cannot continue to keep borrowing money, and we just don't have it in the budget. Our deficit and debt are staggeringly massive, and there will come a time when those debts will be due. Is now that time?Who knows? Will the US be permanently changed by COVID-19, I think so.

Love it, well said!
