Hi Leon, I know you posted this over a year ago but I'm curious to know if you found any good opportunity in Argentina. 

I got everything I had out of the country just at the right time and now I'm only waiting for the next big crisis coming next year when the newly elected president takes office and starts implementing the measures necessary to rebuild the Argentinian economy; the first one will have to be devaluation. 

Complaint to the board. 

I'm looking for a lender that can do an 80%LTV cash out refinance on a Rental Property in Las Vegas (MLS# 1562533). I own a a number properties free and clear, have them listed on the MLS but I've now decided I want to start building a rental portfolio using BRRRR.

I also have rentals in NC and currently looking for turnkey pros with excellent management record in FL, MD, OH and IL.
