I am just getting started so I have no idea what to do. I don’t have money I was told for wholesaling you can use little to no money maybe I can go that route but don’t know where to start.

@Wayne Brooks thanks for the reply. Well I don’t have much financing. I am just starting out and just starting to even learn about real estate. I heard in wholesale you need little to no money. Do you know of anyone that do wholesale instead of flipping houses ?

Thanks I just joined right now looking into it  @Raven Thompson there is so many problems and things out here I don’t know what to choose sometimes. So many people are offering flipping /whole sale programs for $500 or more but idk if it’s even worth it
