The current owner is my father. He is your typical owner who has not kept up with price increases and leases. Most of the lots do not have a lease, and the ones who do are a month to month. I will be having everyone sign a new month to month with updated rules and a small increase in rent to cover the growing cost of the water and sewer over the past few years. I really appreciate al the guidance. I have letterhead for my LLC. I'm still struggling with what all to include in the letter. I don't want to be overwhelming, but want to have everything they need. I don't want to miss anything.

Thanks Ryan! I am planning to manage the properties myself. All my business cards list me as the property manager. The owner is listed as my LLC. I was thinking about getting some magnets made with contact information as well. Do you recommend doing a separate letter indicating that new leases will be done, or include the information in the new management announcement?

I am purchasing three trailer parks in central Pennsylvania in January 2020. I am trying to find an example of a new ownership letter to send to the tenants. I am having a difficult time finding one that is trailer park oriented. Any additional advice or guidance is always welcome. I currently own one duplex. The three mobile home parks consist of 39 total units. Thank you all for your expertise!

Hello BiggerPockets! I am new and looking for advice on the best Windows Laptop for real estate/ rental usage. I looked at other forum posts, but all I have found are from four years ago. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
