Hello BP community! I'm a new investor in the Southern Minnesota market. Recently got under contract my first property (a BRRRR deal) in Jackson, Minnesota. I'm looking to expand my network of fellow investors, agents, contractors, and property managers in Southern Minnesota.

I'm planning on starting with BRRRR investing, but would like to get into flips, and smaller multi-families.

Markets I'm most familiar with are Jackson and Fairmont, but I'm looking to expand into Mankato, Albert Lea, Rochester, and Okoboji.
