- Whats something you wish you would have known before diving into this?

- Did you buy turnkey or a place that needed some work?

- How long did you live there?

@Kyle J I figured there was something like Cozy out there, seems like what I was looking for. I appreciate your response. 

I am a newbie investor and I am looking for recommendations for electronic payment methods to implement for my tenants to pay rent. I currently just collect checks from my tenants I house hack with, but I am in the process acquiring my first property that I will not be living in. So I wanted to move to collecting rent electronically. With such few tenants still, does it make sense to just use Paypal or Venmo? or are the better options out there? Thanks in advance!

That’s awesome Steven. I am also Housing Hacking here in the KC area, by renting to a couple roommates currently. Looking to acquire my second property in the not so distant future. I need to find that low down conventional!

Some things I like to look for in a House Hack are:

1) Safe area, since I will be living there

2) Cash flows when I move out

3) Separate Utilities, nice to have each side pay their own
