Thanks for taking a look.  There are many other factors that you can pull into the software that Zillow provides for free (zillow.com/research/data/).  

If you or anyone else wants a map, I'm more than happy to build a couple.

Need advice on what types of metrics to show on this data visualization that I'm creating to help find good areas to invest in. I'm a newbie to multi-tenant (I have a couple single family) and want to use data to find awesome opportunities.

I'd like to know what data you think should be on this map and what other macro-considerations there are.

The map is using Zillow data. The color shows the Market Health Index (Green - 10; Red - 1), and the size of the circle shows the Market Price To Rent ratio.  If you mouse of a bubble, you'll see other metrics, such as median sale price and YoY forecast.
