Here is the address:

10115 E Mountain View Rd #2093, Scottsdale 85258. It is located in Scottsdale Ranch

It is nicely updated 1 bad 1 bath. Do you think it is going to be difficult to rent it out seasonally? What could I expect to make during low and high season. It will be furnished. For how many months a typical seasonal renting is. If I would like to invest in a property management services, is it a yearly contract? I would be only interested in Property Management that will make sure the unit is rented out on season basis, I would be willing to lower the monthly rate, but I would like to keep renting it out every month. What are typical contracts with Property Management company for seasonal renting, I just need to make sure I can switch to different Property Management in case they will not do their job.

Thanks

Hi Monika,

I have just purchased a condo property. Here is the address:

10115 E Mountain View Rd #2093, Scottsdale Ranch 85258

It is updated 1bad 1 bath, and I am planing to rent it out. Would there be a demand for seasonal renting for the apartment? What could I expect to make during low and high season. It will be furnished. For how many months a typical seasonal renting is. Will be hard to renting it out seasonally?

What would the property management charge me for taking care of my property?

Thanks

How much property management companies charge for managing and renting properties in a form of VRBO?

I am buying a vocational property in Scottsdale, AZ. I am planning to rent it out either seasonally (3-6 months), or daily (VRBO). Any suggestion of good websites that would help me rent it out seasonally? I think I should be able to manage that myself remotely, since it is rented for a few months, and it is a condo.

In case I would go with the VRBO option, I don't think I will be able to manage it myself. Would you know any great services/property management companies that would manage VRBO for me, what services they typically offer, and what do they typically charge for it? Would you think it is a good option? Do you have any experience with managing your investment property remotely?

Appreciate your input

Is there somewhere some type of Real Estate inventory chart or data available, grouped by city/zip and year?

Is it a good time to invest in Scottsdale, AZ. What do you think about house/condo prices movement in the area. Do you think the prices will go up, down in the next few years?

I am considering to purchase a 2 bed 2 bath condo in McCormick area. Would you consider that a good option? What other Scottsdale neighborhoods are worth consideration?

Thanks

For my first foreign property, I am considering Poland, since I am the most familiar with the real estate market there, and the country itself. The currency exchange rate is very attractive right now, it is almost 4 to $1, and while it is not possible to predict precisely the currency movement, most likely the dollar will get weaker and polish zloty get stronger, by looking at the history.  Diversification of my assets is another reason, and while the house prices are a little too high for the country itself, they are attractive enough considering the current exchange rate and my income.

Thanks

Hi guys,

I am thinking about buying my first property abroad. I would like to take an advantage of existing attractive currency exchange as well (while the dollar is strong), among few other benefits. What would be the best way to invest in foreign investment property, I am planning to rent it out. I currently own a few US residential properties that I am renting it out, and an option is to use my HELOC to finance the property abroad. Should I pay it off with a HELOC? Are there any better ways to finance it, take a loan in the US (not sure if anyone would lend me money for foreign property with current attractive mortgage rates), take a loan in a foreign country (same thing, not sure it would be so easy, and if so, most likely not so attractive). What do you guys think?

What about currency exchange, how would that work (is there a way to somehow lock it, have some control over it, would I know what it will be, at what point during the transaction)? What is the best way to transfer the money (pay for the property)?

Thank you
