I’m an investor based in San Jose, CA, currently under contract for a rental property on Norwood Ct, Fort Wayne, IN 46835-9687. Since I plan to manage the property remotely, I’m looking for a reliable and detail-oriented boots-on-the-ground assistant in Fort Wayne to help with the following tasks:

Key management – Hold keys and coordinate property access.

Property inspections – Conduct both interior and exterior inspections when tenants move out.

Tour coordination – Lead property tours as needed.
