Your right i was not aware they owned more than one property. Investment properties only allow the most conservative financing

you can. and there are many ways to do it. I have a good relationship with a manager from Bank of america. he does them for my clients all the time. gmac also does it, and i've personally done some with suntrust. hope this helps, let me know if you have any other questions. if you run it as full doc through du it will ask for a verbal veo if the system likes the loan. It will need a good fico score and at least 5 % down on a sfr. if you have any further questions feel free to ask. A 1005 is just a verbal verification of employment. it works, i do it all the time. Countrywide and citi are really good also try homecomings.

Always tald to the husband first if its a delinquint owner. You would be surprised how often the wife doesn't know the house is in default. Always make the appt. with the husband. other wise first send a letter to into yourself then follow up with a call so they know who you are when you call. Countrywide has spent Millions on perfecting this strategy so take it for what its worth.
