Hi everyone 

I'm looking for any recommendations for lenders that will lend on properties in Indiana. I am in need of HML's to help fund purchase price and partial rehab cost. Also any smaller lenders that people have had a good experience working with on refinancing short term loans into conventional loans.

Hi there everyone. I am looking for recommendations and or references for realtors to work with in the Indianapolis, IN area. 

Any and all recommendations are welcome and appreciated. 

New Investor looking to gain experience and knowledge. Looking for a opportunity where I can trade my time and enthusiasm to help an experienced investor create more time and money for themselves. Ideal situation would be something that is hands on such as project managing a rehab, helping create a rehab budget, scheduling deadlines, birddogging for new acquisitions ect.
